Ingredients
one bunch of kale
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs olive oil
Preheat oven to 350. Wash kale well, pat dry with towel. Cut off stems, and chop into small salad size peices.
In a bowl massage the olive oil and salt over the kale. Oil a baking sheet, and put the kale on top on one thin layer without overlapping them (might have to be done in two batches), put in the oven for approximately 5-10 minutes, check on it periodically, and take out when Kale is still a deep green, and crispy like chips!
You can drizzle with maple syrup and apple cider vinegar, or eat it as is!
Enjoy!
