Hello Tasty Life friends,

I wanted to invite you to the second experience of the “Bedouin Brunch” to take place at Al-Boutik on Fairmount.

Since the success of the first brunch, I have partnered with the owner Atigh, himself a Bedouin from Mauritania (watch the short documentary on him below)

La Khaima: The Tent of Mile-End (2010) [English subtitled version] from One Light Cinema on Vimeo.

He is eager to share his love of food and communal dining, as well as his tradition of mindful eating.

Together we will lead monthly Tasty Life events at his restaurant, sitting at his regal table while sharing an African tea ceremony at the end of each meal.
The menu is vegetarian friendly, refreshing and cooling to beat the summer heat.
Take home recipes, tips and experience a taste of slow food in an authentic Bedouin ambiance. Please RSVP by phone or email (myrite@gmail.com) if you can make it, along with any dietary restrictions you may have.

Stay tuned for upcoming cooking classes and workshops at Al Boutik!
You can follow us on Twitter (LaKhaima) and see pictures from the last brunch on the Tasty Life Facebook fan page.

Slowly yours, Myrite
